The cost for the cruise, conferences, room, and meals is per room (2 people per room):
Oceanview Room: $1,170
Interior Room: $1,075
Payment may be made in one payment or several
June 25: Deposit of $200 due to reserve your room
July 1: Half of the Registration is Due
September 1: Total Amount of Registration is Due
Conferences for Couples or Senior Adults on Tuesday and Friday
One bottle of sparkling cider in each occupied room at embarkation
One plate of chocolate covered strawberries in each occupied room at embarkation
US$50.00 shipboard credit posted to each occupied stateroom to be applied toward guest shipboard expenses; credit is non-transferrable and has no cash value
Five nights’ accommodation in the rooms outlined in Section II
All meals served in the ship’s main dining rooms, snacks, buffets and room service as provided for all passengers
Complimentary use of on-board meeting space
All daily activities and entertainment as provided aboard ship for all passengers
Travelers are strongly recommended to be in the possession of a valid passport with an expiration date of no less than six (6) months following the conclusion of the cruise.
While subject to change, current United States citizens on cruises that begin and end at the same port in the United States can use a government-issued picture ID (e.g., a driver’s license) and a government- issued birth certificate or original Naturalization Certificate (note: copies are not accepted).
Documentation requirements are established based on governmental requirements and are subject to change. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents (such as passports, visas, inoculation certificates and family legal documents) required for boarding and re-entry into the United States and/or other countries as apply and have them available when necessary.
Any passenger traveling without proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship or from entering a country and may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given for individuals who fail to bring proper documentation and are denied boarding.
In addition, government regulations require all guests must provide the cruise line with key personal information prior to sailing, including but not limited to full legal first and last name, citizenship, age, and any other legally required immigration information for non-U.S. citizens such as nationality, alien registration number, passport number, birth date, etc.
